At Bullockale, we want you and your pets to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase of our dog beds, pet houses, and comfort products. If something is not right, we offer a clear and fair return process designed with pet owners in mind.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Products should be returned with original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene reasons, used or heavily soiled dog beds and pet items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including products marked as final sale, items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear, and any returns requested after the 30-day return period.
Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your dog bed or pet product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For exchanges of the same product, please contact us directly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
