At Bullockale, we are committed to delivering high-quality dog beds, pet houses, and pet comfort products quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding order processing, shipping rates, and delivery timelines.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully verified.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $60 or more within the United States.
For orders under $60, a flat shipping fee of $7.95 will be applied at checkout.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before your purchase is completed.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
Shipping Time: 5–10 Business Days
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–13 Business Days
Delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and destination.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we may be unable to ship certain oversized dog house models to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or remote locations. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions, customers will be notified and issued a refund when applicable.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Tracking information may require up to 48 hours to become available through the carrier's system.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information provided.
Multiple Shipments
Some dog house products may be shipped in separate packages due to size, weight, or warehouse availability. If this occurs, separate tracking numbers may be provided.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging.
If a package appears lost or experiences an unusual delay, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in resolving the matter.
Bullockale is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, customs inspections, or other unforeseen events.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted before the order enters the shipping process.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled and will be subject to our Return Policy.
